GSDML device description files for Lenze Profinet IO devices

Description:
By means of the GSDML-files, which you can download here, you are able to contain the Lenze devices in the Profinet IO configuration software (Siemens STEP 7 etc).

System requirements:
The single GSDML-files describe the implemented Profinet IO functionalities of the corresponding device. For the following devices GSDML-files are available:   
  • 1_Servo Inverter (i950, 9400)
  • 2_Inverter Drive (i550 cabinet, motec & protec, 8400, 8400 Motec and 8400 Protec)
  • 3_IO Systems
  • 10_Controller_Panel (c430 c5x0, c3200, c300, Pxxx)
Software installation:
Unpack the ZIP-file in any directory of your computer and insert the GSDML-files in the configuration software.


i550 Note:
The PROFINET interface of the i550 cabinet firmware version 6.x supports a higher specification version than before
This leads to an incompatibility between firmware versions 5.x and 6.x.
The GSDML file 'GSDML-V2.3-Lenze-I550PN100-20170505.xml' is valid for the firmware version 5.x onwards of the i550 cabinet.
The GSDML file 'GSDML-V2.4-Lenze-I550PN100-20200925.xml' is valid for the firmware version 6.x onwards of the i550 cabinet.

Name of the GSDML device description file:
The GSDML schema is specified by PNO (Profibus User Organisation) and is also certified by PNO when the Profinet device is certified.
