What happens?
The following error message appears when scanning for devices connected to the EtherCAT master:
DeviceScan is not possible: Stack is not available. Please log in first.
When does the problem occur?
The above-described error message occurs if the 'Reset origin' command has been executed via the Online menu and after this, the menu item Scan For Devices is activated via the context menu of the EtherCAT master.

Before scanning for devices connected to the EtherCAT, load a PLC project into the controller.
Assessment:
After execution of the 'Reset origin' command, scanning for devices via the EtherCAT bus does not work. A 'reset origin' resets the values of all variables including the remanent variable values to their initialisation values and deletes the application program in the controller.
