Negative values in the "Startup parameters" tab of the EtherCAT slaves (corrected from V3.12)

Corrected from:
PLC Designer V3.12

Response of the new version:
When the PLC program is started, startup parameters with negative values will also be written to the corresponding EtherCAT slaves.

What happens?
When the PLC program is started, zeros are written to the EtherCAT slaves instead of negative values.

When does the problem occur?
The above-described response occurs if negative values are written into the 'Startup parameters' tab.

Which products are affected?
PLC Designer V3.3 and higher

Diagnostics option:
Check the parameters in the EtherCAT slave.

Short-term measures/recommendations:
Do not write negative values via the 'Startup parameters' tab into the EtherCAT slaves but by means of the function blocks L_ETC_CoE_SDO_WRITE or L_ETC_CoE_SDO_WRITE4 from the PLC program.

Evaluation:
Negative values must not be used in the 'Startup parameters' tab.
