LogicAndmotionV3 - Browser: When browsing variables, structures designed in the PLC Designer are not displayed (corrected from V3.12)

Corrected from:
PLC Designer V3.12
VisiWinNET V6.5.4.1

Response of the new version:
The PLC Designer exports structure data types exactly as they were designed. VisiWinNET version 6.5.4.1 and higher can browse the symbol configuration of the PLC Designer.

Note:
Using symbol configurations created with PLC Designer V3.12 or higher with VisiWinNET V6.5.4 or lower leads to connection errors.
Remedy: Use the latest VisiWinNET version V6.5.4.1 or higher.

What happens?
When browsing the variables with VisiWinNET, some of the structures designed for the symbol configuration in the PLC Designer are not offered for selection.

When does the problem occur?
In the PLC Designer, structure data types with different cases which have been declared multiple times are not consistently exported to the symbol configuration.

Example:
Definition:        Structure data type: MyStructure.

Declaration:   scFirst:          MyStructure;
                         scSecond:    mystructure;

In this case, only one of the two declared assignments will be exported to the symbol configuration.
The browser is, however, case-sensitive and does not find the second declaration because it is not available in the symbol configuration.

Which products are affected?
PLC Designer V3.8, possibly even older versions

Short-term measures/recommendations:
Check all declared structure data types for case-sensitive spelling.
