Exception when double-clicking an I/O module on the backplane bus (corrected from V3.9)

?Corrected from:
PLC Designer V3.9

Response of the new version:
The exception no longer occurs.

What happens?
When double-clicking on an I/O module on the backplane bus of the Controller in the PLC project, the following exception occurs:
"IoProvider not found in host."

When does this behaviour occur?
The exception occurs, if "Exclude from build" has been selected as property for an I/O module on the backplane bus.

Which products are affected?
PLC Designer V3.6 and higher

Short-term measures:
Deactivate the "Exclude from build" option and select "Disable device".

Evaluation/recommendations:
If you want to transfer a PLC project to a Controller although less I/Os are connected on the backplane bus of the Controller than are available in the PLC project, the missing I/O modules (devices) have to be deactivated. If the I/O modules are not deactivated but excluded from compiling ("Exclude from build"), a double-click on these modules will lead to an exception.
