Unexpected appearance of "Field device data has changed..." dialog when logging in (corrected from V3.10)

Corrected from:
PLC Designer V3.10

Response of the new version:
The "Field device data has changed..." dialog only appears if the PLC Designer detects a change of parameter values when logging in to the Lenze controller.

What happens?
When logging in to the Lenze controller, the PLC Designer displays the "Field device data has changed..." dialog although there were not changed any parameter values in the project. Question marks and unknown parameters are displayed in the "Details" dialog.
Example:
PLCD_Details_LDS00035711.JPG
When does this behaviour occur?
The above behaviour occurs if the "File > Source upload" or "File > Project Archive > Extract Archive" menu commands are used to load a project including download information files in the PLC Designer and you try to log in to the controller on which the project is running after this.

Which products are affected?
PLC Designer V3.9 and higher

Short-term measures:
Confirm the "Details" dialog with <OK>. Go to the "Field device data has changed..." dialog and click <No acceptance>. Then log out again and use <F11> to compile the project. After this, the above-described behaviour will no longer occur.

Evaluation/recommendations:
When going online, a dialog appears and indicates that parameter values have changed although this is not the case. Under "Short-term measures" you can find a solution to this function restriction.
