"Field device data has changed" dialog appears although online and offline parameters do not differ (corrected from V3.10)

Irrespective of whether the parameter set was saved using the EASY Starter, the "Field device data has changed" dialog only appears if online and offline parameter values differ.
What happens? The dialog "Field device data has changed" appears although online and offline parameters do not differ. Under "Details" there are no changes listed.
When does this behaviour occur? The behaviour occurs when changing parameters online in a PLC project with FAST Motion and saving the parameter sets with the PLC Designer (menu Online > Save parameter sets) or the EASY Starter. The above-described behaviour occurs if the controller is restarted and a new online connection is established.
Which products are affected? PLC Designer V3.9 and higher
Short-term measures: Click <Do not accept> in the "Field device data has changed" dialog.
Evaluation/recommendations: When logging in with the PLC Designer, a message appears with the information that field device data has changed although this is not the case. This message can be ignored.
