Response of the new version:
The below-described error message no longer appears when installing the PLC Designer.
What happens?
The following error message appears during installation of PLC Designer V3.14:
The ordinal 210 could not be located in the dynamic link library WIBUCM32.dll
Subsequently, the message appears every time the PC is restarted.
When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs if a CODESYS as of V3.5 SP9 has been installed on your PC and PLC Designer V3.14 is installed.

Short-term measures:
Reinstall the CodeMeter Runtime. For this, proceed as follows:
- Copy the CodeMeterRuntime.zip file (60.9 MB) to your PC.
- Unpack the zip file to an optional directory.
- Depending on the Windows operating system installed on your PC, start one of the following files:
- 32-bit Windows operating system: CodeMeterRuntime32.msi
- 64-bit Windows operating system: CodeMeterRuntime64.msi
- Follow the installation instructions.
Evaluation/recommendations:
The CodeMeter Runtime and the CodeMeter dongle are used to manage the licences of products from the CODESYS Store. Via this function, the CODESYS Store can also be accessed by the PLC Designer. Installation of PLC Designer V3.14 leads to a conflict with the current CodeMeter Runtime. This does not have any further effects on the PLC Designer functions.
