What happens?
When creating a new POU, 'Instruction List (IL)' can no longer be selected as implementation language.
When does this behaviour occur?
As of PLC Designer V3.18, the IL Editor is no longer maintained. When creating new POUs, Instruction List is no longer offered by default as implementation language.
When activating the 'Activate IL' checkbox in the Options dialog (Tools>Options menu) in the category 'FUP, LD and IL' on the 'IL' tab, POUs can be created in Instruction List again.

Evaluation/recommendations:
As of PLC Designer V3.18, new POUs can no longer be created in 'Instruction List' by default. POUs created with older PLC Designer versions can still be opened and edited using PLC Designer V3.18. Via a corresponding a setting in the Options dialog, Instruction List will be additionally available again.
