Displaying the declaration editor in tabular form no longer leads to the error message described below.
When opening a POU the message is displayed:
The index was outside the array area.
The POU cannot be opened.

Short-term measures:
Switch the declaration editor to text view. To do this, open the 'Declaration Editor' category in the 'Options' dialog (menu command 'Tools>Options') and activate the text view.

Due to this functional restriction it is possible that a POU cannot be opened in the PLC Designer project. This restriction can be circumvented by switching the display of the declaration editor (see Short-term measures).
