Error message after linking a FSoE slave with the logical device of the safety controller (corrected from V3.22)

Response of the new version:
If a logical device has already been linked to an FSoE Slave and then a second link is created to another FSoE device, this no longer causes an error message during compilation.
What happens?
After linking a logical device under the safety controller to an FSoE slave (i950 ES or 9400 HighLine with SM302), the following error message is displayed during compilation: ERROR] project name: C0136: not unique usage of the name 'xxx'.
When does the behaviour occur?
The error message occurs when a logical device has already been linked to an FSoE Slave and then a second link is created to another FSoE device.

Short-tern measures:
Execute the menu command 'Clean All' (menu 'Create'). Afterwards the project can be translated without errors. Alternatively, you can close the PLC project and open it again.
Evaluation / Recommendations:
