Control elements that are displayed at design time with the disabled property activated can now be selected.

Description of behaviour:

森林舞会游戏 are displayed as deactivated in the development environment and can no longer be selected in the Designer.

Under what conditions does the behaviour occur?

At design time, the property "Disabled" was activated for the control in the development environment in the category "General properties".
