Corrected from:
PLC Designer V3.26.1
Response of the new
version:
Older PLC projects can be compiled error-free by the current version of the PLC Designer.
What happens?
Older projects can no longer be compiled error-free with the PLC Designer.
When does the behaviour occur?
The behaviour can occur when older projects are opened with PLC Designer V3.26 and then compiled. The cause is the use of new placeholder resolutions in PLC Designer V3.26. Examples are the use of recipes (library RecipeManagement), of sequential function charts (library IecSfc) or of symbol configurations (library IecVarAccess and SymbolicVarsBase).
Which products are affected?
PLC Designer fom V3.26
Short-term measures:
Use PLC Designer V3.24.
Alternatively, you can update the compiler version via the Project->Project Environment dialogue. You may also have to update the device descriptions and the visualisation profile. Afterwards, going online is only possible with a download of the application.
